End-User Subscription Agreement
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
By subscribing to ForexCycle.com, you agree to have your subscription renewed automatically and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the subscription.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time. It is your responsibility to initiate the cancellation and to follow up if your cancellation request is not acknowledged in a timely manner.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your subscription, you will immediately be removed from the automatic billing cycle. You will, however, continue to have access to your service until the end of the current billing cycle.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
A subscription to ForexCycle.com’s services entitles access to the newsletter and/or web site by a single individual (the subscriber). Newsletter or web site contents and materials may not be distributed to others under any circumstances without our written consent. This includes discussing contents in e-mail, news groups, message boards, etc. and/or linking to materials on our web site. Newsletters or other materials may not be reproduced for distribution to other individuals. We will vigorously prosecute violations of our copyright.

AVAILABILITY
We will make every effort to publish our newsletter and web site materials in a timely manner; however, because of the myriad of things that can go wrong due to Acts of God or human error, we cannot guarantee availability of materials. In the event of a prolonged period of non-availability of materials, it is solely at the discretion of ForexCycle.com whether any compensation shall be offered to subscribers and what form it shall take.
